1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Aror Career Connect ('the Platform'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
The Platform is intended for registered students, alumni, faculty, and industry partners of Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage, Sukkur. You must provide accurate, complete registration information.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify the Placement Office immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Aror University reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: post false or misleading information; harass or harm other users; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform; use the Platform for commercial purposes unrelated to genuine employment or academic activities; or violate any applicable law.
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you submit (profiles, projects, posts). By submitting content, you grant Aror University a non-exclusive licence to display and use that content on the Platform for educational and placement purposes.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Student data is protected under applicable Pakistani data protection guidelines and University policy.
7. Industry Partner Obligations
Industry partners posting opportunities must ensure all listings are genuine and comply with Pakistani labour law. Fraudulent postings will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided 'as is'. Aror University makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of information posted by third parties, including job listings and company profiles.
9. Limitation of Liability
Aror University shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Last updated: June 2025.
